Help this one and let the rest die? No easy answers really - except - everyone in the government of that country should be hanged. There's no excuse for it - so many countries are giving millions upon millions of aid -and why isn't the problem solved? How hard would it be for an army to INSIST and MOVE these people to where there IS food and get them out of the desert? Someone is to fault - and it's not the starving... it's those in the country with their bellies full that are driving BMW's and Mercedes.
