Sales went down at Amazon Kindle by about 2 books per day for the first dozen days of February. I figured it was due to the nuttiness of Apple’s new policy for Amazon books. Amazon now needs to make books buyable in the iTunes store, and give Apple 30% – if Amazon wants to be able to sell the books in whatever browser iPhone and iPad users have.
I didn’t know if there was a way to get those sales back at Kindle… I was going to lose 60 books per month. That’s $100 some bucks Apple took out of my daughters mouth!
$1,200 in a year.
That’s considerable, and it was worthy of some thought.
I found a way to do it!
Within 2 days of implementing it my sales were already climbing back up the chart. The numbers are almost there already – and it’s been about 5 days now. So, in 5 days I’ve nearly made up for 12 days of losses.
Want to know the technique?
To get the secret, buy my “Kicking Life’s Ass!” book at Amazon Kindle and write me a frickin review on it so I can start selling that sucker. Seriously, it’s a great book!
And no, my technique to get the sales back is not to have you buy my Kicking Life’s Ass! book so I make the sales back. Promise. You’ll like the technique. You probably don’t do it for your own books.
Cheers,
MF
