Nothing Else Seems Important…

I get in these moods… I don’t give a shit about all 47 projects I have going on. I don’t care about anything much – consistently over time… just the biggies.

There are a few of them…

My daughter, son, wife, family back in the USA, and this pure-shit experience somebody named, “life”.

The way the game of life has been setup on this planet is the source of never-ending frustration for me. My own life isn’t bad really. I don’t think there’s one among you reading this that would say I had it bad in any way. I have my health, mental faculties, we’re in a good place financially, I could quit doing everything for a couple years and we’d still be fine.

No, the frustration isn’t with my life. It’s what I see happening for so many other people… maybe even you.

On a daily basis – my life is usually smooth sailing. I am just quite fucking lucky that I’m on an upswing I guess. My life has resembled a SINE wave, but usually I’m on the upswing. In fact, I’ll graph my life in curved line form and show you what I think my life has looked like.

[Ok, no I won't... Google Documents has a "drawing" feature that absolutely sucks. I'm done with that after 15 minutes of fooking around and I have nothing to show for it. This is also why tablet computers aren't good for shit at the moment. I could go find a piece of paper and marker... draw the graph... find my camera... shoot a photo of the paper... upload it to my computer... edit it... upload it to my site, and link to it - all MUCH faster and with much better result than using Google's "drawing" POS.]

Anyway.

My life…

Without going into what the low-points were – some of the highlights were things like…

  • gaining the ability to communicate with others through speech
  • getting a girlfriend in high school
  • graduating high school
  • dropping Christianity and studying many other religions
  • then coming to realization that this is it… I am as god as it gets
  • marriage
  • another marriage
  • meditation experiences
  • a son
  • another marriage
  • finding my current long-term partner, and having a wonderful daughter

That’s where we are today.

In general I’m on a massive upswing – and it has lasted most of my adult life. The positives in my life have far outweighed the negatives when compared to other people’s lives. I’ve been lucky as hell in many areas of life… in fact, at any given time there are numerous and multi-colored daisies and daffodils sprouting gingerly from my silly ass.

The problem is, that I feel others’ misfortunes far more than anyone else I know. Though my life is pretty much all pink fucking roses, and has been for the last 7 years especially, I feel the pain of others like it was my own.

I’m not talking about just people that I know having problems. I’m talking about ANYBODY I see with problems.

Problems like…

  • someone missing an arm
  • someone missing an eye
  • someone missing a leg – frequent problem here in Thailand where motorbike crashes are common
  • kids with Down’s syndrome and other genetic issues
  • kids with fetal alcohol syndrome and other maladies caused by parental fuckups
  • people with giant black / brown patches all over the side or front of their face
  • people that are alcoholics, gamblers, or otherwise addicted to something else they can’t get rid of
  • piss poor people that have kids that are running around without pants because parents can’t afford pampers and can’t be bothered with cleaning their clothes every time they defecate in them
  • piss poor people living in huts with see-through gaps in walls
  • piss poor people breaking their fucking backs to pull rice or some other crop in the 95 degree heat of southern Thailand
  • piss poor girls working in the sex-tourist areas so they can make 3-20 times what they would in 7-11

What really, really gets me and rips my ass through my nose?

Seeing a kid that I know is going to grow up in a bad situation – because his parents were either dealt a shit hand by their parents, god, or possibly created a shit hand for themselves which they are powerless to change – and so they hand it off for their kids to experience as well.

Anything you can think of that rips your ass through YOUR nose?

Will Someone Please Kill These 2 Fukcnuts Before They Reach 43?

As I’ve said before – PLENTY of times… nobody has the RIGHT to be a parent. God had his head 140cm deep up his own ass when he gave nearly every idiot on the planet the ability to fook and make kids. Any jackass, or worse yet – two jackasses together, can create a baby and in so doing, fuck up another person’s life beyond comprehension.

These two fuckmonkeys (read article below) had 3 kids. One of them wet the bed at 10 years old and was made to stand by the window in his room, while the Texas sun came through and toasted him. For 5 days. This was made worse by the fact that the two asshole parents denied the boy water for those 5 fucking days.

Welcome to reality check… I’m your host, Mike Fuckthestateofthisworld Fook.

God has some answering to do.

I am not leaving this forum until he steps the fuck out and explains how this could possibly happen.

God created all the fuckedupedness that exists in the world because, he created man with all of his faults. Any possibility that man can become – started with the jackass that created all this.

Now, I don’t know whether that jackass is the god of anyone’s bible, or if our god is really a high school class of kids on Planet Wigwam that created the earth as a science experiment. No matter.

Whoever or whatever it was – needs to face the music and come down here so I can kick your ass purple and pink all over this place.

I’m talking about now. I’m talking about you.

Police: Parents punished dead boy by denying water

(AP) – 3 hours ago

DALLAS (AP) — Texas police say a 10-year-old boy died of dehydration after his parents kept water from him for five days as punishment for wetting his bed.

Michael Ray James and Tina Alberson are charged with injury to a child causing serious bodily injury in the July 25 death of their son Johnathan James. Both parents are 42.

Jonathan’s twin brother, Joseph James, and a 12-year-old stepbrother weren’t hurt and are staying with relatives.

Joseph told The Dallas Morning News (http://dallasne.ws/qOpWSJ ) that his parents put Jonathan in a room without air conditioning and told him to stand by the window. Temperatures in Dallas hit 100 or more every day but one last month.

Police documents show the boy collapsed and hit his head on the floor the night he died.

The Last Thing I See Before I Die…

I found some Youtube videos about what some people wished they saw as the last thing before they died.

I asked myself the question. It came immediately to mind…

I want to see god – in whatever form it exists, if any, kneeling on both knees and facing me. Behind god is a large pool of water dug into the dirt and filled with ill-tempered sea bass with frickin’ laser beams attached to their heads. They are waiting, albeit impatiently, for me to ask the question – so they can have their meal.

Then I ask of god prostrated before me…

“Why?”

Nothing more needs said – it’s god for Christ’s sake, he knows what the fuck I’m talking about, but, because you don’t – I’ll explain a little bit.

Why the asinine game I had to play for 45+ years? Though my life wasn’t even that bad – it was a horrorshow, like the rest of them.

Why do we have to play the stupid fucking game?

I listen carefully as god answers… he starts rambling some shit about freewill and other glorified bullshit.

I wait until god finishes – giving him the chance, after all – it’s payday, and vengeance is sweet and mine.

When god finishes I say simply, “Not good enough.”

I lean way back and swing like Hank fucking Aaron for his forehead. I hold in my hands the 4-inch diameter end of a 2 meter branch from an olive tree. The force of the blow he takes on his nose and it catapults him asshole over elbows, back into the frothing mass of mutant sea-bass.

It’s always the same ending – whatever god says, there is no answer good enough for the “Why?” question.

Pet Ferret Eats 7 Fingers off 4 Month Old Baby Boy

It’s things like this that make me want to take an iron bar to god’s head…

The reality is that there ARE people that are stupid enough to keep wild animals captive as “pets”.

There are legions of dog owners that do it… pit bulls, shepherds, rottweillers, dobermans, and other dogs made to be pets. Hell – ANY dog.

What the fuck is the urge for people to own something wild?

What is behind the urge to have a pit bull as a pet?

It’s basically because a guy feels weak and thinks that by having a powerful animal – he can feel better about himself. He can feel like he’s somebody…

Do I blame people for it? Sure I do… but, you know where the ultimate responsibility rests?

With god.

God made the game. Whether or not he is running the show now – or gave us free will – he’s accountable for everything going on.

God so thoroughly fucked up the game from the beginning that men and women can choose at any time to act ridiculously.

And they do.

Keeping a goddamned ferret in the house – is pretty dumb. It’s basically a rat. A cute rat – yeah. What the fuck do you know about a ferret’s mind? What do you know about a dog’s mind?

Apparently we know little.

Scientists see that the brain doesn’t show the same higher level functioning as human brains.

That’s funny… because why the hell would a dog’s brainwaves – or any other animal, bear any resemblance to human brainwaves?

Perhaps the ferret or dog has a whole helluva lot going on that we’re not looking for. Christ – we found electricity not too long ago. Now we look for human brainwave patterns in animals’ heads – and when we don’t find them – assume they are completely without any thoughts but instinct?

How many tests were done on ferrets I wonder. Not too fucking many I’ll wager.

This little boy – if he makes it to adulthood – and with these two fuckwit parents – I’m guessing he won’t…

If he does, by some miracle of confluence, he’ll have 3 goddamned fingers. I hope two of them are middle fingers so he can tell his dipshit parents to fuck the hell off and start thinking about the risks to people other than themselves.

Do you put piranha in your kids’ bathwater? Of course fucking not. Same thing with a ferret that eats snakes, worms and other finger-like food. You don’t put a baby’s fingers and toes within reach of a fucking rodent that eats stuff like that.

Parents need a license.

There is no other way to do it.

They need to pass a test to have a kid – it’s come to that.

And fuck god while I’m at it.

The Bible is a Horrorshow

I’m quite at odds with a lot of what the bible says.

The Christian bible is filled with sick stuff… here’s a small sample. If you are one of the ‘on the fence Christians’ that don’t really follow anything to the letter you should read these. If you call yourself a Christian – justify these “God inspired” words that make no rational sense and could not really be coming from a god that is all good and just. Could they? It’s your bible – YOU justify it. Leave me out of this craziness though!

Cut the babies to pieces! Huh?

Isaiah 13:13-16

13Therefore I will make the heavens tremble, and the earth will be shaken out of its place, at the wrath of the Lord of hosts on the day of his fierce anger. 14Like a hunted gazelle, or like sheep with no one to gather them, all will turn to their own people, and all will flee to their own lands. 15Whoever is found will be thrust through, and whoever is caught will fall by the sword. 16Their infants will be dashed to pieces before their eyes; their houses will be plundered, Sex between a male and male is punishable by DEATH! Wow, thanks for making homosexuality an option here god… When a boy grows up without a father and a strong mother prevails he often will turn to homosexuality. Is it natural? The environment helped it along… thanks for the possibility you jackass.

Lev 20:13

If a man lies with a male as with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination; they shall be put to death; their blood is upon them. Working some extra hours on Sunday to gain a little cash? Die then…

Ex 35:2

2 For six days shall work be done, but on the seventh day you shall have a holy sabbath of solemn rest to the Lord; whoever does any work on it shall be put to death. Dogs, lizards, cats and sheep – anything that breathes, dies….

Deut 20:10-18

10 When you draw near to a town to fight against it, offer it terms of peace. 11If it accepts your terms of peace and surrenders to you, then all the people in it shall serve you in forced labour. 12If it does not submit to you peacefully, but makes war against you, then you shall besiege it; and when the Lord your God gives it into your hand, you shall put all its males to the sword. 14You may, however, take as your booty the women, the children, livestock, and everything else in the town, all its spoil. You may enjoy the spoil of your enemies, which the Lord your God has given you. 15Thus you shall treat all the towns that are very far from you, which are not towns of the nations here. 16But as for the towns of these peoples that the Lord your God is giving you as an inheritance, you must not let anything that breathes remain alive. 17You shall annihilate them the Hittites and the Amorites, the Canaanites and the Perizzites, the Hivites and the Jebusites just as the Lord your God has commanded, 18so that they may not teach you to do all the abhorrent things that they do for their gods, and you thus sin against the Lord your God. Have a son or daughter that just won’t LISTEN? Kill them, God says you can…

Deut 21:18-21Rebellious Children

Rebellious Children 18 If someone has a stubborn and rebellious son who will not obey his father and mother, who does not heed them when they discipline him, 19then his father and his mother shall take hold of him and bring him out to the elders of his town at the gate of that place. 20They shall say to the elders of his town, This son of ours is stubborn and rebellious. He will not obey us. He is a glutton and a drunkard.’ 21Then all the men of the town shall stone him to death. So you shall purge the evil from your midst; and all Israel will hear, and be afraid. Refuse to father children to your brother’s wife when he’s incapable? Die then!

Gen 38:8-10 8Then Judah said to Onan, Go in to your brother’s wife and perform the duty of a brother-in-law to her; raise up offspring for your brother.’ 9But since Onan knew that the offspring would not be his, he spilled his semen on the ground whenever he went in to his brother’s wife, so that he would not give offspring to his brother. 10What he did was displeasing in the sight of the Lord, and he put him to death also. If your wife helps you in a fight by grabbing the other guys nads – off with her hand, “show no pity!” Deut 25:11-12 Various Commands 11 If men get into a fight with one another, and the wife of one intervenes to rescue her husband from the grip of his opponent by reaching out and seizing his genitals, 12you shall cut off her hand; show no pity. As a girl if you have a weak hymen – that tore when you were a child riding a horse, running away from a dog, or whatever it was… and try to pass yourself off as a virgin… DIE THEN!

Deut 22:13-21 Laws concerning Sexual Relations 13 Suppose a man marries a woman, but after going in to her, he dislikes her 14and makes up charges against her, slandering her by saying, I married this woman; but when I lay with her, I did not find evidence of her virginity.’ 15The father of the young woman and her mother shall then submit the evidence of the young woman’s virginity to the elders of the city at the gate. 16The father of the young woman shall say to the elders: I gave my daughter in marriage to this man but he dislikes her; 17now he has made up charges against her, saying, “I did not find evidence of your daughter’s virginity.’ But here is the evidence of my daughter’s virginity.’ Then they shall spread out the cloth before the elders of the town. 18The elders of that town shall take the man and punish him; 19they shall fine him one hundred shekels of silver (which they shall give to the young woman’s father) because he has slandered a virgin of Israel. She shall remain his wife; he shall not be permitted to divorce her as long as he lives. 20 If, however, this charge is true, that evidence of the young woman’s virginity was not found, 21then they shall bring the young woman out to the entrance of her father’s house and the men of her town shall stone her to death, because she committed a disgraceful act in Israel by prostituting herself in her father’s house. So you shall purge the evil from your midst. God made this life… and yet, you are to hate it and all that’s in it if you want to follow Jesus…

Luke 14:26 26Whoever comes to me and does not hate father and mother, wife and children, brothers and sisters, yes, and even life itself, cannot be my disciple. Slaves – obey your masters – live with it… fear god and live with it…

Col 3:22-24 22Slaves, obey your earthly masters* in everything, not only while being watched and in order to please them, but wholeheartedly, fearing the Lord.* 23Whatever your task, put yourselves into it, as done for the Lord and not for your masters,* 24since you know that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward; you serve* the Lord Christ. Slaves, if your master beats you with a metal rod… and you live – you’re his property… he’ll beat you if he damn well pleases!

Ex 21:20-21 20 When a slave-owner strikes a male or female slave with a rod and the slave dies immediately, the owner shall be punished. 21But if the slave survives for a day or two, there is no punishment; for the slave is the owner’s property. Well, this is about the only thing I agree with out of all of this… (JOKING) Is there any chance this was written by a man? Oh wait, I think all the bible’s books were written by men – yes? I could be wrong there, but I don’t remember a book named “Mary”.

1Tim 2:11-12 11Let a woman* learn in silence with full submission. 12I permit no woman* to teach or to have authority over a man;* she is to keep silent.

For the following – how are they to know what girls have slept with a man? Put a finger up there and deflower her or what? How ridiculous is this passage?

Num 31:14-18 14Moses became angry with the officers of the army, the commanders of thousands and the commanders of hundreds, who had come from service in the war. 15Moses said to them, Have you allowed all the women to live? 16These women here, on Balaam’s advice, made the Israelites act treacherously against the Lord in the affair of Peor, so that the plague came among the congregation of the Lord. 17Now therefore, kill every male among the little ones, and kill every woman who has known a man by sleeping with him. 18But all the young girls who have not known a man by sleeping with him, keep alive for yourselves.

If you think these things apply only to the people of the time and aren’t relevant to us today in 2008… think again.

You either follow the bible or you create your own reality… The bible SAYS to follow every word.

Why don’t you?

You realize some of it is so ridiculous that it couldn’t have been meant for present times. Yes?

Isaiah 40:8 8The grass withers, the flower fades; but the word of our God will stand for ever. Did a perfect and all-loving God inspire these brutal words? If you believe in the bible – you gotta answer in the affirmative. If not, you’re a hypocrite.

I find that most Christians are one of two things… hypocrites or disbelievers afraid to come out of the closet and question the things they KNOW are wrong about Christianity.

Which one are you?

Why is the Bible like this?

One of the purposes of this web site is to provide fodder to help you explore the question for yourself. Would anyone care to enlighten me about why such a ‘good God’ would say these nutty things?

Accidents? My Ass

People that believe wholeheartedly in god’s “good nature” are a mystery to me. I don’t understand, not even slightly. I can’t make myself understand. I’ve tried. I’ve really put effort into understanding how they could possibly ignore all the sick things going on in this world – and brush them off. Some even accept them. Embrace them even as some sort of important piece of god’s magnificent plan for the world and it’s people.

If you could stop your mind for one second. Clear it about all you believe in and what is responsible for it. God, satan, magic, poltergeist, your unconscious, etc. Just start from ground zero and ask yourself what kind of things are going on here that don’t make sense if one is to believe that whatever created this world – or whatever led to this world, was “good” in some way. If what created this world was something or someone deserving of respect, and even praise.

I’ll be the first to say, if I knew a god that was really good and did things for mankind that helped them… that fostered growth toward some ideal situation – enlightenment or whatever else could possibly be a good goal for a person to become like… Well, wait a sec, lets use “god-like“. If I knew a god that could help me become more god-like, assuming god was a magnificently GOOD being – then I’d be the first to praise him. I’d be down on my knees every day, and at various times during the day to thank him/her (it) for such an amazing opportunity to become better. To become great. To become perfect.

As it is I spend a fair amount of my day cussing whatever is in charge because the whole state of the world and mankind is so gut-wrenchingly disgusting to me.

Whatever led to what we have here… this earth, these countries… this environment, gravity, materials of the earth… what man creates… is here because of something. I don’t like when people go back and blame things on humans themselves for inventing something that creates widespread destruction. I’ve heard people blame other people for things such as AIDS, global warming, even accidents such as the meltdown at Chernobyl.

I could make this blog post into a book because I could bring in so much… but the challenge is to keep it short and get you to see the problem without coming up with reactions to what I’m going to say…

The definition of accident is something that happens that is unexpected. An accident can have good or bad outcomes, but usually we attribute the bad outcomes to be the result of accidents. Some people say accidents birthed many inventions we have today. Some say accidents are the cause of horrible things happening around the world. Surely you’ve had an accident in your car, on your motorcycle, in your boat, on your bicycle or skateboard.

Why?

In the case of a car accident – was it you or the other driver’s fault, or both?

Neither. It wasn’t either one of your faults – as you didn’t create the possibility for accidents to happen on earth. You didn’t create the possibility for accidents to exist in our species to begin with. Christians and other theists are oblivious to this. They go on believing it was a humans fault for the accident.

In the case of a car accident – let’s say one person forgot to signal, for the sake of simplicity. The other person, not seeing a signal decided to pass on the side the person was turning. In human terms we know who was at fault, both of them, but maybe more so the person that forgot to signal and made a turn anyway. The person behind was acting on the information he knew to be true – and so passed at the same time, all of it leading to an accident.

But, that’s only going back to the humans. For the sake of society – it’s OK, we go back to place responsibility on the humans that were involved. It’s all we can do to try to keep society functioning. I don’t disagree with what we do to cope with what we’ve been given by god or whatever events… Someone has to be at fault here – right?

How can we blame god? We can’t give god a ticket and make him pay for expenses.

In a perfect world we could.

A faulty memory is the cause that’s easily seen. But, what caused a faulty memory? Whatever created us or whatever created this mess we call life. How can it be any other way. Everything that happens on this earth, everything that happens to us, for us, in spite of us…. happens for a reason. The reason isn’t BECAUSE of us… it acts through us. Through our faulty mechanics.

The true reason is outside of us. Way outside.

Factors going into the accident are things like:

  • The fallibility of the brain. It forgets occasionally. Some people forget often. Is it the person’s fault he forgot? Hell no. It’s a consequence of having a brain that was made the way it was.
  • The increasing probability of memory to fail when the mind is occupied with other thoughts. The brain isn’t a computer program that follows only one program at a time. It’s parallel processing other programs at the same time, sometimes one program overlaps another, more important program. BAM! Accident. It’s the mind and the way it works.
  • The increasing probability of memory to fail when the body is tired. After 10pm I don’t speak Thai, it’s an impossibility. I just can’t think to speak it when I’m tired. If this accident occurred at 3am the guy that forgot might have been physically tired.
  • The increasing probability of the mind to choose incorrectly when emotionally upset. An emotional fog some call the inability to think clearly, logically, rationally and to act based on that clear thinking. Emotional blinders are what we call the inability to see all the details of something when one is emotionally involved.
  • The increasing probability that an illogical choice will be made because of prior events affection emotions. For instance, before the man forgot to signal he was tailgated by the jackass behind him for the last 13 miles. He reacted with a bit of vengeance, turning without the signal. This isn’t really forgetting, but gives a taste of what we’ll go over in the next section… other reasons accidents happen.

There are so many things that go into the simple act of “forgetting”. We could list 75 things that affect it. Are those 75 things responsible? Nope. Go back one more step – to who or what is responsible for those things being able to affect our lives – forgetting to signal. THAT is what is responsible. If you can go back another step beyond that – which we can’t, logically – then we should. Go to the cause. The original cause, not a cause down the list.

Not all accidents are the cause of memory or emotions getting involved. Sometimes there’s an error or judgment.

Two lumberjacks cutting wood in Alaska cut a tree down that falls on a co-worker. It’s an accident as far as humans can see. They want to blame someone.

Who is at fault? Did someone forget to do something? Nope. Was someone pissed off at the guy that died? Nope. They were all friends, there was no emotional problem between the two guys cutting the tree and the guy the tree fell on.

So, what was involved in this accident? Could be many things…

  • The wind kicked up at the wrong time, blowing it over before it was cut through at the intended angle.
  • The tree didn’t grow with equal density throughout the area they were cutting. The last cut went too fast and the angle of the cut changed, cause the tree to fall at an angle that was unexpected.
  • The guy that was hit by the tree found a wallet on the ground, in the path of the falling tree. In his estimation he could grab it before the tree fell on him. Reality showed him to be incorrect.
  • The guy threw himself under the tree to kill himself as he was tired of all the bullshit he’d been dished out in life. He’d reached the end and suicide was the option he felt would make things a little better.

So, all these things could have been involved. How many of them are of human origin?

None of them.

Do you understand that? There is nothing a human being can do to change everything we’ve been given in terms of how the mind acts, and what it is capable of. Our thoughts, our emotions, our rationalizations, our estimations, our intelligence or lack of it, our memory and it’s fallibility… the environment we grew up in – facilitative or dysfunctional. We don’t control ANY of it.

Who did? What did?

Whatever did… I don’t have the answer. Was it god? Was it a process that led to all this?

Whatever it was – a process, or a god… it thoroughly sucks. It’s not good by any stretch of my imagination. Is there a good reason for pain caused by accidents caused by god giving us faulty brains, gravity, wind, emotions, etc…?

If there is – we’re oblivious to it.

Don’t blame each other – it’s natural. Every single thing that is happening here is natural. Natural does NOT mean good. Natural means – it’s happening, it’s happened in the past… it’s likely to continue happening in the future. Get used to it. There’s no one to blame. God or whatever it is – is hiding out. He opted out of the game after creating it. He’s sucking down Corona Light with lime in Tijuana.

Seriously, I wouldn’t be at all surprised. God is not concerned with what is going on here – out of love for us.

Is anybody out there still not on board this train?

Anatomy of a Christian Argument for God

This is a recent comment I got at another blog I started for fun called, “italktogod.wordpress.com”. There are some great replies that come through there – this one was epic in length so I thought I’d comment in bold and bright blue about some of it. The other blue – navy blue is what I said in my original post that he is quoting. This comes from an email address with suffix, co.za – is that Zaire, Africa? Not sure, will need to look that up. Zimbabwe? Africans should be in my camp about god – if there are still believers in a good god there, I’d fall down comatose.

First, let me state that the story about creation in the bible has profound flaws… many Christians themselves state that it is not meant to be taken literally and scientifically. This commenter believes the story from Genesis – so I disagree with various points of the story that just don’t make sense at all to any rational minded person on the face of the earth if they allow themselves to be honest and question it.

So now it is Gods fault that we made a mess of things?

Let us remind ourselves of a few things first: It was Adam and Eve that sinned, not God.

(The concept of sin – of doing something against what god wanted, calling it sin and making it a bad thing – came FROM god if you’re to understand it all correctly. Is that right? It must be right. God made the game. God set up ALL rules to the game, not just the ones you want to look at. You need to see the big picture, not just man’s role in the game after the rules were set up. God made us too yes? God must have made us with the proclivity to choose sin over obedience – yes? Why are we wrong for that?)

Like everything else, there are consequences. The consequence was that we the humans lost the dominion over this world and we handed it over to satan (the bible so rightly mentioned the god of this world)

(OK, now we’re getting somewhere I think… there must be an evil force in charge of this world. Because otherwise a good god doesn’t make sense.)

Now lets try and figure this one out. Satan and all his fallen angels got dominion over this world, but it is Gods fault that we gave the dominion away?

(As I said, he made the rules – all the rules.)

So we actually don’t have any personal responsibility in this whole matter.

Exactly correct.

God gave us free will, so that we can choose between good and evil.

(but, on that day in whatever the environment was… the curiosity that he GAVE us in our minds as an construct of mind – this wanting to know about things – this eagerness to explore the unknown… was more powerful as an influence. They chose to explore, not knowing it meant eternal damnation for the entire world forever… and who the fark would have chosen 1 apple in that case – if they knew the whole deal? They didn’t. Adults make bad choices – same as kids. What put the computer in our heads? God did. Who programmed it? God did.)

We keep on choosing evil every day and then lay it in front of God, saying that it is His fault that bad things happen. If he runs the show, he runs the show.

Just how stupid are we. Satan rules this world with his dark army, it still belongs to him So simply put, God did not setup this game, satan did, since he is the god of this world. So if you want a glimpse of hell, then just looks around you.

Again, we agree. This is hell. It is the epitome of hell.

Dont think for 1 minute that God will save you, if you dont want to be saved.

(Scare tactic noted. I never once, after the age of about 21 thought for 1 second about whether god would save me from something. I’m in it now – I’m floating around in this farking mess… has he saved me yet? Saved any kids from being raped during war lately? Nah. It’s a typical Christian response to use these threats to induce fear… Christians assume all of mankind is afraid of something they believe in… It’s such a silly response that I must smile when I hear this… it’s in every conversation you’ll witness between believer and non-believer though. You’ll see more later in the comment… )

Jesus will come back to rule on this earth and a great many people will experience this rule. It really does not matter what you think of God, He will do it anyway. God will not break his own laws. If you know God, which you obviously don’t, you will also know that satan is constantly accusing us, while Jesus is defending us. If God break His own laws to help us, well then satan has all the legal ground in the world, to stop all Gods plans for mankind.

Legal grounds? Legal grounds mean nothing – I assume in the big picture. Legal grounds are what society deals with – not what god or satan would consider – yes?

That is why Jesus was necessary and that is why He had to die on the cross, to give us a different path to God, because we cannot fulfill the law of God. Now at least we can use the law to show us our sins, and then go to the Son (Jesus) to clean us of that sin. The problem is that this world, the here and now is not the final destination as you would wish to see it. It is also painfully obvious to me that you do not know the power of God.

Ha! I don’t know what I don’t see. I do assume that something – either god or some amazing force, process, or alien made this world as it is. It’s complexity is phenomenal… and yet, I don’t see anyone stepping up onto the stage to take credit for it. I don’t mean stories – every religion has stories – Christians think theirs is the right one… as do Muslims, and the Church of Latter Day Saints. I could write a story too and make it sound really believable. In 100 years maybe there’s a Church of Fark with me as founder… There is no proof of the existence of a god except circumstantial. We all see the world. We don’t think we created it… so – naturally, as part of curiosity – a thirst for knowledge – we ask – who made this mess?

Neither do you understand that we are fighting a war on 2 fronts physical as well as spiritual. The problem is the spiritual part, since satan was very successful in convincing us that he does not exists. This helps in 2 ways. He took away the enemy of God and make god solely responsible for all the bad things in the world, while he can operate in stealth mode, creating all the terrible things and then make sure that God get accused for it.

The problem in all of this is that you are fine with the idea that satan is in charge of this world… now, how did a good god let that happen? As far as humans can guess there is an evil force in charge of this world. There’s no other rational explanation. We don’t know what good motives could possibly justify the fark going on here. Somehow you believe that this is a good part of god’s wonderful plan for those that believe in him – and screw everyone else. I can’t believe a good god has a plan for some of us and not for others – considering he made the infinite variety of people we are – he is the master programmer of all of this. Fairness would need to be a quality a ‘good god’ had.

An interesting part in all this is that if you think you are a Christian, you got to act also. So there is actually 2 parts to this, prayer is one part of the equation and acting the other. Looking at the bible, it seems to me that a lot of good men had been really busy. Just look at Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, Peter and Paul, to name but a few. They did not sit on their backsides hoping for a miracle, they talked to God and then went out to do something to make the world a better place. So actually you figure right, what you do make one hack of a difference, now all you really need is to balance the 2 and understand that you are working for eternity in a very dangerous environment. I’m pretty sure that if you want immediate gratification for all the good you do, you may find that there is no God available for you. Not the God of the bible anyway. Now you need also to understand that it is not really about us, it is about God.

Not sure what you mean – what is about God? Our lives? the bible? I’m a bit lost on this part.

People that pray and that attribute great things to what they prayed are ignoring a lot of things.

Number one, they ignore the negatives that occur as being their own fault for a lack of faith in the god they’re praying to.
Number two, they’re ignoring the fact that probability happens this way and that way.

Number three, they’re ignoring the fact that whatever they might be praying for an on a test a positive result of a scan the offer on a house they want goes through. Pales in comparison to what 99% of troubles that others have in the world.

In America we pray for simple and selfish things that are so petty as to be laughable. We pray for a sunny day on our vacation so we can enjoy a day at the lake. Never mind that a rainy day would do more good growing crops than that sunny day ever could do we pray selfishly and pettily. How can someone actually believe that the thing that made this entire game gives half a care about your prayer about the day – if its sunny or not sunny? How could you even have the gall to bother the creator of the cosmos with a plea for an on your test? Are you insane? Are you so wrapped up in yourself and your idea of a personal jesus and god and savior that does things just for you because you ask for them? Why are you more important than the 6 billion other people on the planet? Don’t you understand that you need to ACT in order to change something?

What you are saying here is quite true. We are very wrapped up in ourselves. It is just about us, or for that matter me. Again the problem is that we do not know God or His power and therefore are doing the wrong things, and if we dont get any answers, accuse Him of all things bad. You have to pray according to the will of God and there are only 2 ways to really know the will of God. That is to spend time with God, read his word and learn it and secondly to get the Holy Spirit in your life so that He can clarify the words of the bible to you. We can be really thankful that we do have a merciful God.

I have no idea what you could possibly mean by a “merciful god”. I see no evidence of that.

He could have left us to drown in our own sin, but he is helping us even though we really dont know or appreciate it that much.

Yeah, I appreciate it – thanks a lot god, you jackass… And, we are drowning in our own sin… because we’re suffering for the sins of those thousands of years ago -yes? There is no way out during out lifetimes – only when we die – yes? So – drowning is appropriate as a symbol of what is happening here…

Trust me, you would not want God to be out of this world entirely.

(trust you? You have the monopoly on the truth I guess… This is another Christian tactic… they say things like this to imply that they are privy to some special information that they don’t want to reveal right now in words – but that if you just trust them, trust their character… you’ll someday know that same thing. You’ll someday have this undying, unfathomable faith in god as they know it. Ugghhh.)

And Yes! We pray for the wrong things, because we are selfish and egotistical.

As a result of how god created us. Thank you.

Dont you understand that this god that you believe in gave you much more power to change the probability to being in your favor by ACTING and DOING something – not praying? Did god ever come through with something? God is absent. God is a no-show for us now. Maybe in the past god was there -and listened and cared.

Now?

No.

God is an * for not caring and for not being available. How can something listen and listen to please from children to stop the pain of rape, disease, fathers abuse, blown off limbs, and infections of the eyes and do nothing? Please tell me what good god can do that? Please tell me some answer and not your typical blow off the question response, “god works in mysterious ways. Yeah, very mysterious so that they dont make sense to anybody on this earth and were supposed to believe in a good god?

I believe god is an *, through and through. I have told him daily for the past couple weeks. You know what? I’m still here saying it!

God is not HERE people.

God does not HEAR people.

God is, for all intents and purposes for
mankind, a non-issue.

God is dead.

This however is where you make a serious mistake. Im going to say this again. You dont want God to be absent
from this world at all. (Scare tactic noted…) You will see all these things multiply infinitely if God really leave us alone. (and again) Just through the basic goodness that we have in us, we already have a great deal of power to resist the things that you mention.

The basic GOODNESS we have in us? I’m not sure how you define goodness but to me, as Freud has pointed out – and the world must agree with – we are governed by two main forces… positive and negative stimuli. We move toward that which is pleasurable and that we want to repeat. We move away from, or try to decrease those experiences we perceive as negative… Guess what? It’s all according to US. Our selfishness is what rules us. We have others around us that can cause severe negative experiences – that is what moderates our selfish actions – not god that we can’t see. Selfishness is a negative that rules us. We are not basically good. We are basically selfish, self serving, self-seeking.

However, this leaves us with one big problem. That is the one we see at the moment. Christians became reactionists. We are only reacting to the things that happen, with now real power to try and prevent it. And whose fault is that? God?
I dont think so. We don’t want to learn about God, by studying His word.

What if we can have the power to stop bad things from happening? Will that impress you?

I’m not looking to be impressed. Being impressed won’t change my beliefs… however, something factual might.

Will that make you believe that God is still here?

Quite possibly, yes. God made people that believe in faith and those that need scientific facts… I’m not one to believe in faith, stories, or hearsay. I could, believe in something tangible… a god that came down and stood before me and told me what was up. He’d need to give me the rundown on what the whole plan is here. I can see Copperfield do tricks. I want the game explained in a rational way that makes sense to me and then I might believe in the plan. As it is – I’d spit in his face and gouge his eyes if I had the chance. Why? What is see is profoundly disgusting. Inexcusable. In my mind there is no possibility that even exists that could show the god that created all of this to be “good” in some overall way. It’s quite impossible because of what I know… of what I was given to interpret what I see with… these eyes, this brain. I’d welcome an explanation… but so far, it’s not forthcoming. You know what? I don’t expect one. I just expect to hate whatever created this from the depths of my being until I understand otherwise.

The unfortunate truth is that God has promised all of this to us already. In fact he even gave us the means to do this. The problem is that we don’t know about it and if we know about it, we are too afraid to either make it our own or use it against the dark forces. So we get kicked around, slapped from here to there and back again, and most of the time we don’t even know what is happening to us or why, and the devil and his demons have a royal time with us.

Most of the time we don’t know what is happening? All of the time. There is never one time we know… anything.

Well, it is time for good men to stand up for God and while working in the power of God show the world just who our God really is. I’m not joking about this, we need to understand that we do have great power in God. Trust me the fear of God will go through this land like a wildfire and the power of satan will pale in the presence of our lord Jesus Christ.

Ha! Here he combines the scare tactic WITH the trust me… It’s too much… really, just too much…

How do I know this, you may ask?

I’ve seen some if his healing power with my own eyes. That in itself was a wondrous experience.

Ahhh, that wondrous knowledge… that mystical knowledge that maybe we’ll all know someday… mmmmmmm, gives me a warm fuzzy… a hint of faith…

I also know that God will reveal much more of himself to us as we embark on the road to meet him. You don’t have to believe me, but you really owe it to yourself to at least learn more about this God that you so easily dismissed as dead and not caring. You are playing Russian roulette with your eternal soul that is not a good idea.

Yikes, there’s the ultimate scare tactic Christians use – I knew he’d pull that one out of the bag of tactics… my eternal soul is at risk here… you know what? So what. I don’t understand the game from that angle. I don’t see past what I see right here in front of me. I don’t see god except what I see idiot christians, muslims, jehovah’s witnesses, and others doing in their god’s name. I believe only what I see… only what I experience. That my friend, is one of the possibilities god created us with. In fact, he created those of other fervent religious backgrounds with that possibility too! To believe so strongly – (ignorantly, untestedly) in a god of their choosing that they’d evangelize, argue with, condemn, torture, crucify and kill others over. God made that as a possibility. That’s a rule of the game… he made the rules, he can’t be seen as good because we have some good things going on within the overall game. The overall game is sick, twisted, and heinous.

We’re set up to be losers here – all of us.

Understand, God never promised us a good easy life, in fact He just promise us the opposite, since we are living in the world of the enemy at the moment. The truth is, that being a Christian in the true sense of the word, is not for the faint hearted.

Yeah, you tough hearted christians are really knocking this game out… good luck to you and don’t forget to question what being a true christian is… there’s nothing more outrageous than christians that hole up with their little christian subgroups and do what’s comfortable and call it christianity… christ is the first 6 letters in christianity… if you do as he did – then maybe you’re approaching something resembling christianity…. I don’t know any christians that do as christ did… do you?

That will be the last of this type of post – I had to get one in there as it’s something I really enjoy. It gets at the crux of FarkedLife.com because I believe that really, we’re all farked in this game. There’s no winners. We don’t know the ‘why’ of the game – why are we playing? Who knows? We’re just all here playing this stupid game.

What for? Is there any point?

Who knows?

That’s the ridiculous thing – to live with all the shit going on – and not know why.

Guess the point of the game is to come up with your own reason WHY.

For me it’s simple.

Some really farked god, process, or force created all this – as an experiment. Like a computer game we’ve created now where we can control some of the variables a character in the game is capable of… something created this game with all that’s in it and all that we as players are capable of.

Some of us are more capable at some things than others.

Some can breathe better. Some have better hearts. Some have stronger legs. Some faster legs. Some better eyes. Some taller. Some whiter. Some bleed less, some more easily. Some are strong willed, others weak like the wind. Some of us are too heavy to do much. Some of us can work day and night with 3 hours sleep. Some of us were brought up with Muslim beliefs. Some of us with Hasidic Jewish beliefs. Some of us believe a man named Koresh holds the key to salvation.

Some of us in this game speak Swahili, others French. Some of us live in a place of abundance like Thailand. Others live in a desert in Africa. Some of us were born to parents on heroin. Others to parents on endorphines. Some of us had a grade school education, some none. Some of us were fellows at Harvard. Some of us push carts through a big city and beg cigarettes and change. Some of us have 2 arms and two legs, 10 fingers and toes, eyes that work and ears that work – and so many of us don’t. Some of us can jump really high. Some of us can only drag a lame foot, scraping across the pavement. Some of us were born as one… some conjoined with a twin. Some of us have good luck – our entire lives… we are part of the top 1% in the world as far as having good luck – our lives will always be like that – others in the bottom 20% are lucky not to come down with typhoid, malaria, dengue fever, AIDS and syphillus.

The people of the world are incredibly varied. So much so that to hold us as a group – humankind, to one standard – based on belief in any one illogical religion that we must believe in a certain way – is ludicrous. Absolutely unfathomable.

Ok, I’m done. Man I like this topic…

Homeless woman, mentally ill.

Thank You God for Mental Illness!

You jackass.

I stayed in New York City for three years taking photos mostly of homeless people around the city. I didn’t see it as taking advantage of them, no, that had already happened. I wasn’t selling photos of them. I wasn’t exploiting them any more than they had been at the hand of their creator already. I was taking photos because I was disgusted that god – if it exists, and I’m not sure at all – could let someone become so destitute that they lived on the street. I took tens of thousands of photos over the three years and I got no closer to understanding the mentality behind creating the possibility of such squalor and mental illness.

Yeah, yeah, they made the decisions that led them there – but, holy hell – WHO made us capable of making un-wise decisions for ourselves? Is it improbable that we all make many of them? Hell no, it’s probable. Better than that, it’s fact – we all do make many decisions that lead us nowhere – and some that set us back. Just because the homeless made 20 such decisions and I only made 10, that is the difference between them and myself?

See – if there’s a level of idiocy that exists in each and every one of us – and there is, then any of us could end up homeless with the right circumstances. You might have had a great childhood environment and all the right chemicals in your head doing the right things. Many other people DIDN’T.

Homeless woman, mentally ill. That might be all that separates you from them. That might be all that separates you from being homeless. You may have had some breaks that turned out well. They might have had some that turned for shite. So – are you better than them? Did you make more great decisions, more moral decisions, more wise decisions?

Not necessarily.

I wanted to thank god in this blog post for creating the mentally ill. What the hell were you thinking there? You gotta ask yourself sometime, “Didn’t I fark the world up enough already? Did I really need to screw up the chemical balance in some people’s minds just to give them an EXTRA challenge to overcome?

WTF?

Here’s a woman in Manhattan, a homeless woman. She’s wearing a heavy winter coat, shawl, wool pants, a heavy denim skirt over the pants,  heavy boots, hot hat, she was wearing gloves when I first saw her, and pushing a cart with wheels that have deteriorated and aren’t round anymore, but obviously quite broken. She’s mentally ill. How do I know that? It was 98 farking degrees that day and she was sweating profusely and yet didn’t have the common sense to remove the heavy winter clothing and wear something cooler.

Did this lady do something to DESERVE mental illness? Hell no – some of us were given a head full of roses… others, a head full of of profound disability.

Which side of the coin did you get?

Butterfly attacked by Weaver ants.

Weaver Ants, TERROR on the Mountain Top!

Butterfly attacked by Weaver ants.God made little girls and psychotic sex fiends. If he’s gonna take credit for one – he better take it for the whole mess.

Likewise he’s gotta admit – he made these Weaver ants, which appear to me to be straight from hell. They are an insect’s worse nightmare. As I’ve already shown once, but am about to show again with first hand documentation.

At the top of a mountain – as I’ve been a lot lately. I’m always amazed by the number and variety of wildlife up there. It’s nearly 1000 vertical feet high. It’s windy and a lot of bugs get blown onto the tiled concrete structure. Once there – many can’t get back up to fly because there’s a small curb-type wall that stops them. Most could fly over that you’d think, but, since the wind is so strong coming up the mountain and over the top – when a bug tries to fly upwards he/she gets knocked back down.

The weaver ants know this. They have nests up there in the leaves. They weave these big leave nests to have their eggs. Some Thais eat the eggs – I ate them for lunch once. ggs in my soup in Thailand >

You might wonder – did you feel bad eating the ants’ eggs? Hell no. What for? God made me like I am and them like they are. If I can eat something without getting violently ill, I just might – you know? There’s no morality holding me back, as there’s no morality to ants about what they do to other insects.

Butterfly attacked by red weaver ants.So I’m watching these Weaver ants just kind of hanging around in a group. A large group of them is in the shade and a few scouts were walking around slowly in the sunshine area. They congregate at the couple spots on the floor where they know they’re likely to find a meal. Today was no different. I first saw some small winged bug get caught in a down-drift and stuck on the tile close to the ants. Immediately a scout went over, bit it and stepped back. The fly flew horizontally as far as he could in the opposite direction – hopeless to get out against the down-draft and back up into the air.

I went back to eating my rambutan, fruit of the gods. The good gods – wherever they went.

I looked down again when I saw a bug in front of me get caught in the wind and tossed down on the tiles. It was a beautiful 4-winged insect – almost like a butterfly – and for lack of a better word – that’s what I’ll call it. It had amazing colors. It tried a few times to get off the tile and fly up into the air – but the wind was much too strong.

The ants saw it too. A few came over and bit it and stepped back. It tried to go quickly but then one grabbed it’s left front leg, immediately one grabbed the right front leg. Quickly 30 ants or so surrounded it, all of them biting down somewhere. All legs were held by 1-3 ants. I count 18 ants in the one photo. Ants got under it’s belly and bit into it there too.

The butterfly was instantly captive and just waiting to die.

I hopped down from my perch and went about killing red Weaver ants by the tens. The ones that were holding the butterfly DID NOT LET GO! No matter what I did! I would kill an ant right in front of them – they held tight to the butterfly! So, I killed ever damn one. The last one was stuck to the underbelly and though I had crushed his abdomen – he held fast to the butterfly! I couldn’t believe it. I had to pull the thing off – separating his head from his body.

And that was that. The butterfly had some of his wings ripped, I’m sure he was stunned from the many bites. He didn’t try to fly or do anything. I thought he was dead already.

One ant hanging on.I picked him up and launched him into the air – and he flew off.

I thought – cool.

Then I wondered – what the hell is the point of fighting against the natural, though very FARKED state of the food cycle? I made myself feel better for evening up the score a little – but, to what end? Am I going to make right all the farked up things in the world that god, in his infinite stupidity created?

Nah.

Life is full of things that don’t make any sense. The only theory that makes any sense is that this life means nothing at all. All that happens here means not a thing. Of course, humankind being ignorant of that truth – if it exists, means that we don’t understand what the hell is going on here – but, no matter. Whatever created this mess wanted it that way.

Why?
