This is where I’ll release all books in the “Kicking ______ Ass” series. Currently I’m finishing up with the first book in the series, it is “Kicking Fat’s Ass!” Other books in this series are in various stages of development and the goal is within 7 months to have all completed.

This entire series focuses on kicking butt – your own butt. The problem of addiction, or crushing any obstacle that prevents you from acting the way you want to act – is IN YOUR HEAD. These Kicking Ass (butt) books help reprogram your mind so you “get it” this time. Each butt kicking book is written as if it’s your last hope. Your last chance to lose weight.
