There’s something about explosions that get us all excited… the fear of what they could do to us. The total destruction of whatever their target is. Explosions are cool – they have been since before the Chinese invented gunpowder.

There are all sorts of explosions – volcanos, geysers, bombs, stars, pressure cookers, mobile batteries…

There’s a site I was working on for a while that focused on explosions and blowing shit up that you should stop by and see every once in a while for some good quality entertainment from a safe distance.

Let’s Blow Shit Up never got to where I wanted it. I think the fear of the bigger explosives as I was putting them together in aluminum tubes finally got to me.
